About this Retreat
Samantha has worked in the Health and Human Services field for over twenty years. Professionally, Samantha holds a Masters Degree in Human Service Administration as well as an Agile Certification (ICP), and Project Management Professional certification (PMP). Samantha began her entrepreneurial journey in 2020 when she founded Dirty, Lazy and Drinking Keto, LLC. Through the success of her business she quickly realized that her calling was to specialize in helping women strip themselves of their roles in life and tap into their true authentic selves. With a lifelong passion for learning and teaching, Samantha has hosted numerous retreats, workshops, and training events across the country, positively impacting the lives of hundreds of women. Through self exploration and self discovery, she has helped women everywhere find success in both business and personal growth. In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, hot yoga and "family days" with her husband, two children and three fur babies at their home in Upstate, NY.
Kara began her yoga journey in 2000 after the mother of a dear friend suggested she try a class. Over the next two decades, Kara enjoyed trying different types of yoga as she fell more in love with the practice and learned quickly that it relieved her chronic back pain and provided meaningful mind/muscle connection. She met Aaron at YogaPalooza in 2020 and decided to get her 200 hour certification through Styles Yoga at the Hot Yoga Spot. Kara finds yoga to be incredibly rewarding and she hopes she is able to share some of that with students to help them achieve inner peace that they didn't formerly realize was possible.
