Julie is a somatic/spiritual coach, mentor, speaker, retreat leader and plant medicine guide. She works with clients using a variety of modalities; including Somatic healing, integrative coaching, craniosacral therapy, and a plant medicine guide and shamanic healer. She helps LGBTQ folk overcome and heal from trauma, stress, and overwhelm so they can feel safe in their bodies, experience joy and learn to love and accept themselves unconditionally Collectively, Sarah Knapik and Julie have over 30 years experience of holding ceremonial space, and now we are over the moon to be joining together for this profound journey…

Sarah is a spiritual teacher who specializes in mindset and manifestation teaching about God Consciousness. She has also been teaching yoga for 13 years and incorporates spirituality and presence into all of her classes. She leads retreats and courses helping women on their healing journey. Her spiritual journey started 6 years ago when she decided to take a huge leap of faith and leave her marriage of 8 years when she had 2 little boys. She watched the Universe meet her every step of the way as she created a whole new life for herself. she remembers hearing “Your work in this world is to teach women how to trust themselves.” So she spent 6 years deeply healing and cultivating a new relationship with herself. It was her long journey with psychedelics that led her to this work of learning who she is underneath all of the programming, limiting beliefs, and fears of her mind. Her path hasn’t been easy. She struggled financially for many years as a single mother and when she truly realized it was her perception shaping her reality, everything in her world changed. God is the ultimate source for all things and healing her relationship to money brought her fully to God and to her purpose in this world. She wants women to know they have all the power to create the life they truly desire and the present moment is always a new beginning.
