About this Retreat
Tayfun is known as an actor in German-speaking countries. Beyond the world of television, his life path is also very varied.
In addition to his experience as a director, photographer and sytemic coach, since 2013 he has increasingly turned to the inner and spiritual path.
In particular, his many years of meditation practice and work with highly valued indigenous teachers in South America provided him with awareness-expanding insights into universal laws.
Aneke has been working as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist for over 25 years.
She has her own practice as a behavioral therapist.
After numerous training courses in systemic therapy, schema therapy, EMDR and other trauma therapy techniques, Aneke has increasingly devoted herself to spiritual healing methods over the last ten years.
Aneke completed various further training courses in psychological astrology.

MORNING: Mindfulness exercises alternating from mediation / movement / yoga / breathing exercises. Shared extensive, excellent breakfast
MORNING: Processing your concerns in the group (e.g. desired job, change of residence, conflicts in the relationship, etc.) Group and movement exercises
AFTERNOON: Continuation of individual concerns in the group; Group and movement exercises. Time for individual discussions to clarify any questions that arise
EVENING: Culinary dinner together from Daria's organic, high-quality cuisine. Joint meditation, gratitude and daily reflection by the fire with music
