Why study with them?
I am Eleonora a Certified Level 5 Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist, Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga Alliance Certified teacher (RYT 250) based in Waltham Forest. I offer holistic wellness treatments combined with my experience in deep tissue massage, yoga-based stretches and breath-work.
After years practicing yoga and meditation, I felt the urgency of giving back and make people feel this connection between mind and body.
As a result, I trained as a Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and prenatal massage therapist at the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage UK. After over 10 years practicing yoga, I travelled to India to train as Yoga teacher at Arogya Yoga School in Rishikesh.
