Why study with them?
I’m Sophie, a passionate wellness enthusiast. I’ve called the beautiful Axarquia region (Malaga) home for over two decades. My life journey has been filled with enriching experiences from various countries. I find joy in learning from different cultures, weaving their essence into the fabric of my unique and fulfilling life.
With a rich tapestry of experiences, I’ve gained massage therapy skills through training in Spain, UK, and Thailand. My journey began in 2007 with ITEC, followed by training with ELEMIS. I joined the spa team aboard the Royal Caribbean cruise line, providing therapeutic experiences to travellers from around the world. Having been a dedicated mobile massage therapist for many years, I’ve decided to take this passion full-time. My goal now is to extend my services to a diverse clientele, catering to both local residents and holidaymakers.
In the pursuit of holistic wellness, I undertook my Yoga teacher training course in the spiritual heartland of India at Arogya yoga school. This transformative experience has reshaped my outlook on life, inspiring me to share the profound benefits of yoga right here in the Axarquia region and, who knows, perhaps beyond! My classes are carefully adapted for every age and ability, infused with the wisdom gained from my extensive knowledge of the physical body.
