Join me Jo for a life-enhancing experience here at Yoga Holidays Turkey. Open from May, June, July, September and October stay for a week or two of all inspiring Yoga, relaxation, delicious food, and fun in the Sunshine. Stay at our accommodation set within a beautiful Oasis in the heart of the historic town Side with golden beaches just a few steps away and experience a truly colourful and vibrant Turkish Culture.

Together we will breath, flow, move and feel great in our bodies and minds with 8 morning and evening yoga practices taken either in our beautiful yoga studio overlooking the garden or outside in our colourful  oasis. After yoga indulge in our open buffet breakfast and enjoy plenty of free time during the day to laze on the beach or explore this wonderful historical area. Groups are kept to 12 to allow for individual attention, advice and encouragement, suitable for beginners to the more advanced yogi, giving YOU the confidence to grow and find freedom within YOUR own yoga practice, which will have a wonderful transformation effect on your whole being.

We will explore and get connected to breath (pranayama) the practices of Asana (yoga postures), and Meditation (focus). In just one week you will breath & flow and take your yoga practice deeper then you ever thought possible. Develop flexibility, strength, freedom and spaciousness in your body, mind & spirit. You will leave chilled, confident and happy to live the life You truly desire, along with all the tools you need to begin your own home practice.
