Or do you simply have goals that require the accountability and relationship of a personal instructor? After 18 years in the industry, I've come to get huge satisfaction (and results!) from my one on one and would be delighted to help you along your path to better health & happiness.

OPTION 1: You or your small group (up to 3) come to my home-studio in Bloordale: steps from Lansdowne/Bloor subway station.

OPTION 2: I come to your home, condo gym or work-place and train you or your small group.

One-on-one tailor-made training to suit your goals and needs. Begins with a Personal Fitness Assessment and first-time meeting, then we will determine our action plan. Over time we'll develop a relationship that will assist in understanding how you and your body work, to ensure regularity and results. You can come to my studio in Bloordale or I can come to your home, apartment, condo gym in the GTA. Weekly meetings a minimum. 10-session minimum purchase.
OPTION 1: 45 minutes for $50 / 60 minutes for $60
OPTION 2: $75 per hour

Using a variety of fitness training styles, tools & techniques we focus primarily on muscle conditioning, with various levels of interval training and a good stretch to finish. With a small group, you still have personal attention but with the incentive of keeping up with your partner(s) in work-out crime! We will definitely incorporate elements of Tabata Bootcamp & Lebert Training Systems, as these are current, effective and personal specialties. 6-session minimum purchase.
OPTION 1: $60 per hour (split between 2 or 3 people)
OPTION 2: $80 per hour (split between 2-5 people)
