We don’t think we’re boasting when we say that The Yoga Tree at Rainbow Lodge, Cambodia, is the best retreat space in the world.
Set in the incredible rainforest of the Kravanh (Cardamom) Mountains of south-west Cambodia, Rainbow Lodge is a purpose built eco-lodge that offers a potent mixture of spectacular local beauty, modern comfort and remote location that we’ve found nowhere else. There are no roads leading in to our jungle home, so we’ll need to bring you the final 10 minutes by boat along the gorgeous Tatai River. The biodiversity from local wildlife is astounding, with many species endemic to this region.
We know that you’ll love your daily practice sessions with Scott and Kelly at The Yoga Tree, our purpose built spa and retreat space by the river. Our retreats are designed to meet your Yoga and Meditation needs in the early morning and early evening, leaving you the rest of the day to relax or join the activities. Stroll along the riverside walkways, or round the short nature walk and let the wild nature seep into your body. Swim in the slow river, or kayak to one of the local waterfalls. Relax by the riverside with a Tantsu (Tantric Shiatsu) session, a massage or one of the selection of beauty treatments available.
For a more adventurous day, we have regular trips to the Tatai waterfall, treks through the jungle to suit every level of fitness and the spectacular Mangrove River Excursion where you can sail and kayak through Asia’s largest mangrove forest. Our resident expert on local wildlife, Gee Cartier, can guide you on a variety of specialist treks to suit your personal interests. Put that together with the friendly service from all our staff and the delicious food they create each day from local sources, and we’re certain that you’ll find Rainbow Lodge provides exactly what you need for the perfect retreat.
But don’t take our word for it! Just check out the wonderful reviews that Rainbow Lodge receives on TripAdvisor and Booking.com. Then, when you want to book a space on one of our Yoga Retreats, just send Scott an email, or if you’re just looking for a stay at Rainbow Lodge you can book directly through their website.
