At Respiremos we believe the key to a healthy and happy life is balance; balance between body mind and spirit. How and why this happens is very simple. Throughout our life, we use our breath to control our emotions and this creates restrictions in our breathing pattern. In our retreats, we use Transformational Breath® and other support modalities to help you change your breath pattern and your thoughts, this makes it possible for you to live the life you want and deserve. In other words, your breathing pattern reflects how you live your life and if we can change how you breathe your life will follow.
