Whether they are newly acquired SUP skills that allow you to rent a board on your next holiday and paddle off into the blue waters, studio yoga positions that have improved dramatically due to having practiced them on a SUP board or surprising (and impressing) your friends at your next dinner party with some amazing recipes you learned to cook here – they won’t believe that the delicious cheesecake is RAW and healthy!
Some retreats can feel a little strict or ‘floaty’- we like to take a more relaxed approach. Although we too love the meditative nature of yoga we simultaneously like to laugh, have fun and be ourselves as well.
It is important to us that you feel completely welcome and at home during your stay. Our team have a very friendly and relaxed manner – we don’t have a ‘here is your towel, there is your room’ attitude! From the moment you book – the logistics of getting here to knowing just what to pack or where to go – we will look after you and ensure you can let go of everything and simply enjoy the experience.
