Aging Well with Yoga is focused on Integrative yoga that combines modern science with all the wisdom of traditional yoga tools such as postures, meditation, yoga nidra, breathing techniques and mudras to create special practices and protocols for seniors.
You will learn an empowering perspective on aging through group discussion and sharing, physical movement including joint-freeing practices to breathing techniques to aid digestion and sleep and relieve stress.
Return home with knowledge of self-care and a self-designed plan for living well.
Everyone is welcome, no yoga experience is required.
