Silent Meditation & Yoga practice

The retreat was specifically created to guide people in coming to an intimate process of self

understanding and experience the inner transformation that it brings. We will learn to notice the peace in

the presence that is all around us and inside of us. Looking for a balance between inner and outer

life. With guided meditations, silence & time for yourself, one can find the doorway to the state of

wellbeing inside our hearts and our inner wisdom. We can help you take this practice home and integrate

it into your daily activities. Bring a journal to note your feelings and experience during this retreat.

Delve deep into the realms of relaxation as you enjoy the benefits of increased mental clarity, a feeling of

youthfulness and improved tone. We will start our day at 6.30 with a Yoga session on an open terrace

with a magnificent Jungle view. During this retreat you are going to embark on 60 min daily yoga

morning flow, accompanied by birds singing and sparks of the rising sun.

Reiki Healing

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power"

and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is

excellent for healing any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues of any kind and it gives

wonderful results.

General information:

Private meetings are available with our guide during the retreat. The meetings generally last

from 20 to 30 minutes, and there are no formalities. You may bring a question you would like to


No experience is necessary. The initial orientation session will provide an opportunity to ask

any questions you may have and to explore various ways to sit comfortably using a chair,

cushion etc.

Daily meals are included in the price. We prepare food according to the proper food combinations, from

local organic farm products. All the menu will be based mostly on the raw (uncooked) food. It includes

mouthwatering organic breakfasts, delicious healthy vegetarian lunches. Daily evening warm vegetable

soup is also provided for a good sleep.


Tranquil escape from your hustle life right into the heart of the Bali Jungles, in Ubud. Our private villa is

a perfect spot to leave all you thoughts behind and stay with yourself for a couple of days. During this

retreat you will be accommodated in a private room as a part of a villa complex. It is situated in a quite

area with a serene atmosphere. Enjoy birds singing, absorb beautiful view from your window and sleep

soundly with a fresh and cool air. Not to mention, big swimming pool, where you can chill our after

intensive Yoga practice.
