Unwind and Re-Wild: Yoga Retreat Eco Venao, Panama

Reserve Your Spot

Join us for a transformative 6 days on the Azuero Peninsula of Panama.  Daily yoga classes, workshops, and beautiful meals create the foundation for this opportunity to untangle from life.  The pace will be slow, allowing space to become quiet and nurture the bits of ourselves that speak too softly in our day to day.  If seeking more action, every day can be filled with surfing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, and many other active possibilities.

Set at Eco Venao, a 346 acre reforestation project and eco-lodge, the retreat offers a place to "Re-wild" or reset our bodies, minds, and souls to a rhythm we know deeply from our primal existence.  The rustic beauty of Eco Venao appeals to all travelers and seekers, offering luxury amenities, eco-tourist activitites, and surfer charm.  The resort is secluded but a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
