Food and the Mind
Resolving emotional and mental health issues can be challenging and confusing. When the standard approaches do not work, we are often left feeling hopeless, ashamed, and out of options. The path of true healing requires that we honor all aspects of our being: Body, Mind, Emotion and Spirit. It requires that we open ourselves up to let go of old patterns and be open to new ways of living more conscious lives. Only in this way can we find wholeness.
Join us for a transformational weekend of healing with complimentary therapies that address all parts of the journey to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. We will start with the foundation of all good health; diet and nutrition. From there, we will expand out into other therapies. You will have group and personal access to five facilitators with collective experience in fourteen different healing modalities. In addition, you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals seeking solutions just like you. Together, unified, we will support each other in finding relief and freedom from conditions such as stress, chronic pain, environmental sensitivities, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, insomnia, hyperactivity, trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, and other mood and behavioral disorders. This retreat is also appropriate for those who do not suffer from these conditions but are seeking to become healthier through a more holistic approach to living.
