Heal Differently: Mindfulness Based Personal Development Retreat with Horses
Horses, along with mindfulness practices, can become your partners in healing. They allow us to experience the serenity of the present moment and provide mirrors of our own emotions, ways of communicating and challenges we face in human relationships.
