Students will explore anatomy and physiology in great detail as they work through the videos. They will study the effects of asana on the different bodily systems and will also study anatomy as it relates to asana, pranayama and bandhas. Exploration begins with the bones, joints, ligaments, connective tissue, and muscles. The lectures will then move into the study of strength and flexibility, the lower limbs, ad finish with the upper limbs. This is an excellent "foundational" anatomy series.
