So for those that won’t be able to join us on our set 6 Day retreats you can now choose whenever for however long you wish to stay, min 3 nights. The Flexible dates option means you simply join on any of our retreats with a start date of Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays so you don’t miss any of the important action or overstretch your holiday quota/
The Flexible Dates guests will join in on any of our standard retreats, all sessions as per retreat schedule. Some retreats have specific sessions with special guests / facilitators for which an extra cost is applicable. If this is the case we will inform you at the time of booking.
- Twice Daily gentle yoga sessions to warm up in the morning and stretch in the evening with international instructors, all classes suitable for beginners & intermediates
