MC Thauvette is a successful entrepreneur, professional educator, and woman on a mission. She combines her 27 years of teaching experience: she is equal parts wellness coach, Hatha yoga teacher, nutrition consultant, women's health Qigong teacher, stress relief coach, and sexual educator. Alex studied at the University of McGill to obtain a Bachelors of Education. She is a qualified Stott Pilates Barre Instructor, and experienced yogi: her practice has led her to Indonesia, and Bali, where she learned and practied at a yoga ashram for a month. A regular marathon and half-marathon runner, and triathalon coach, Alex is excited and inspired to teach all she has learned.
