Nothing beats spending time outdoors with the sun on your face and a soft breeze on your skin. One of the joys of yoga is that enables a deeper connection with the world around you. Through quietening the inner dialogue and calming a racing mind, we start to take more notice of our surroundings.

On this yoga retreat we practice vinyasa yoga indoors, go on woodland walks, enjoy forest bathing and find a sense of calm through outdoor meditation.

Relax in nature, noticing the little things… birdsong….the scurry of a small animal…swaying tree branches…earthy smells.
