Ranjith Vallathol is an Indian wellness consultant and is based in Bangalore. A Yoga trainer, who specialises in Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga, and an expert in Clinical and Ayurvedic Nutrition has been active in transforming people’s lives with Yoga, fitness and nutritional advice. To add on, he is also an author, is studying Sanskrit and is an expert in ancient Indian philosophies.
