Adventure seekers, this is for you.  Imagine your barefeet in the sand, your hair salty and wind blown, your skin sunkissed, your muscles tired from surfing and yoga, and your heart bursting from the fact that this. is. your. life.

Costa Rica is a magical oasis of yoga, surf, nature, food, and culture.  Join Boston based yoga teacher Amy Sinclair for a 5 night Wild & Free Yoga retreat to this beautiful country's southern Pacific coast in the area of Dominical.

The retreat will include 4 nights of accommodations at Cabinas Alma, and 1 night on the secluded island of Islas Damas.  The cabinas (private cabins) will be filled with rustic charm that will add to the feel of the retreat.

This retreat will be focused on exploring the natural beauty surrounding us.  We will explore beach caves, secluded islands, jungles, waterfalls, and natural hot springs, and other hidden gems.  If we are lucky, we may even see a sloth or two!  It's true when they say the pacific coast sunsets of Costa Rica will blow your mind. Prepare to be amazed by the beauty of nature and the exotic wildlife of the rainforest.

-All levels of yoga practitioners welcome
-Adventure seekers only, not for the faint of heart ;)

-No surfing experience necessary

-Must have valid passport to travel

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Reconnecting with basic goodness in an environment of people who share a vision for a better society. Wimberly

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
