Our Mindful Medicine team wants to empower you to take control of your life by inspiring, educating and supporting you through a relaxing 3-day retreat. How?
A 3-day weekend (Friday to Sunday) where you will take part in a variety of healthy living workshops, fire-pit discussions, hands-on cooking skills seminars, fitness classes, nature walks, interactive culinary tours, whole food plant-based themed meals and relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation (all activities optional of course!) The breath-taking southern Ontario town, Niagara-on-the-lake located at the mouth of the Niagara River. With vineyards just steps away and its' serene surroundings, you're welcome to feel at home and take a stroll. Overnight accommodations can be made at any nearby B&B.
September 22nd: arrival anytime after 5:00pm September 23rd: 8:00am - 8:30pm September 24th: 8:00am - 5:00pm To enjoy the full Mindful Medicine experience, we'd love to have you there for the entire weekend Friday-Sunday.
