We invite you to enjoy a retreat to explore the best of yoga and meditation; Two complementary disciplines that will help you deepen your physical and spiritual development.

With group yoga sessions guided by three accomplished instructors who employ different techniques within the traditional yoga school.

Viniyoga from the hand of Rosana Rodríguez and Mercedes Peña:
Formed with renowned international master Claude Maréchal, a direct disciple of Desikhachar and Krishnamacharya.

Hatha yoga with Pilar Ortilles, director of the Helios Yoga Center in Castelldefels: She trained at the National Sadhana Yoga School, with famous maestros such as Julián Pegarón, Carlos Fiel and Victor Morera.

With Lama Rinchen Gyaltsen we will explore the practice of Buddhist meditation with daily sessions accompanied by theory, where he will explain the innumerable benefits he has and how to apply it in our daily life. Come. Lama Rinchen was ordained a Monk in Lumbini (Nepal), conducting studies in India and Nepal for over 10 years; Receiving teachings from great masters such as S.S. The Dalai Lama, S.S. Sakya Trizin, among others.
