08:00 to 09:00 - Pranayama

09:00 to 10:00 - Organic Ayurvedic Breakfast

10:30 to 12:00 - Anatomy and Physiology in Ayurveda

12:00 to 13:00 - Yoga Philosophy / Yoga Psychology / Ayurveda

13:00 to 13:45 - Organic Ayurvedic Lunch

14:00 to 16:30 - Self Study

16:30 to 18:00 - Classical Hatha Yoga

18:00 to 19:00 - Meditation Philosophy and Meditation Practice / Yoga Nidra

19:00 to 20:00 - Organic Ayurvedic Dinner

21:15 to 21:30 - Lights Out
