This course is design to guide you through the first level of Reiki. It includes 4 initiations or atunements. Half the course is theory and the other half is practice, so we need even number of students. Also in Bromelia you will relax, unwind, recharge, and rediscover your inner peace and health.
- 7 nights, 8 days lodging
-All meals, Reiki drinking water, coffee and tea
-5 medical Chi -Kung / Qi Gong classes
-2 treatments Thermal massage and a Tachyon energy balance
-4 initiation or atunements, learn to meditate on your breath, how to do a treatment on and off the body, how to do treatment on the ground (Japanesse style) and standing up on a massage bed. When to do it, when not to do it, how often. Basic knowledge of the Chakra System and relations of the hand positions to symptons and illnesses. And self Reiki.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that can be used to treat physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues. Therefore, it can treat anything from stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, up to chronic diseases. The older or more chronic the problem, the more treatments it may take to heal.The treatment is done through the transmission of ki (life force, energy, vital force, chi, and prana) channeled by the practitioner to the patient through the laying of hands.
Chi Kung consists of a series of exercises combined with breath work directed at health and longevity. This is done by charging the body with new fresh energy, similar to Reiki, but without an intermediary. Oriental medicine focuses on achieving balance in all of your bodies, resulting in health, strength, and wellness.
Meditation is a millenary technique for training the mind, calming it, centering it, and bringing it back to the present moment. There are hundreds or even thousands of studies that confirm the benefits of meditation both for the mind as for the body.
