This is a 7 Day Retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand designed to open your eyes to the abundance of all that surrounds you. True abundance is conscious of all it has. Dive deep into yoga meditation, ayurvedic cooking, and plant medicines to explore deeper aspects of your true self and nature.

In the end, you will take home the tools necessary to continue training your mind and other aspects of your being.

Unique Accommodation

The retreat house is located on the lake, on a floating resort, inside of Sri Lanna National Park. It is about an hour away from the city of Chiang Mai and a few hours away from Pai. This is an incredibly authentic Thai experience in the simplest, most abundant way. This property is a floating house on a lake in the middle of a national park. Kayaks, tubes, and paddle boards are available to explore your surroundings.


Food 

During this retreat, you will be served with daily vegan and Ayurvedic meals.

How To Get There

  • Arrive in (CNX) Chiang Mai International Airport

  • Select flight to arrive in CNX at 12pm or earlier

  • KYI will provide transportation from CNX to Sri Lanna National Park


Ayurveda

You will take an assessment of yourself to determine your prominent dosha and specific constitution. You may keep a journal of how you feel each day according to what you ate and take time to practice self-love, whatever that looks like for you.

Recipes will be shared and you will have a better understanding of what you need to feel your best.


Yoga Meditation

Grasp a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts and techniques that allow us to journey inward. Each day, you will explore a pillar of yoga meditation and practice.

As you learn to observe, accept, understand, and train your minds, you will use plant medicine to help you release blockages and open the gate to center of consciousness.


Breath Work

Breathing is the most important part of our practice. Breath is prana, or vital life force, that nourishes your heart, your brain, your entire body and how we perceive the world. Breath has a huge impact on our lives. Learning how to breathe can drastically increase the quality of your mind, body, emotions, and life!

Day 1 - THURSDAY November 1nd

12:00pm - Arrive in CNX Chiang Mai International Airport

1:00pm - Head to Sri Lanna National Park

2:30pm - Arrive @ Sri Lanna

*Get settled into your rooms


3:30pm - Gather for House Meeting - Overview

5:30pm - Deep Restorative Yoga

7:30pm - Vegan Dinner

9:30pm - Tea + Meditation

11:00pm - Lights Out


Day 2 - FRIDAY November 2nd

6:30am - Wake up to Ayurvedic Tea

7:00am - Salute the Sunrise - Vinyasa Yoga

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast + Discussion

10:30am - Lake Expedition

1:30pm - Vegan Lunch

*Feel free to nap, lounge and introspect. 


3:30pm - Spread of Fruits, Nuts +/or Juices

5:00pm - Sacred Ceremony 

9:30pm - Lite Dinner

11:00pm - Lights Out


Day 3 - FRIDAY February 3rd

6:30am - Wake up to Ayurvedic Tea

7:00am - Salute the Sunrise - Vinyasa Yoga 

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast + Discussion

10:30am - Sacred Ceremony in the Forest

1:30pm - Vegan Lunch


5:00pm - Yi Peng Lantern Festival

8:00pm - Dinner in Chiang Mai

Day 4 - SUNDAY November 4th

6:30am - Wake up in Sri Lanna to Ayurvedic Tea

7:00am - Salute the Sunrise - Vinyasa Yoga

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast + Discussion

10:30am - Head to Pai

12:30am - Lunch in Pai

2:00pm - Touring the rice fields and Elephant Sanctuary


7:00pm - Vegan Dinner

9:30pm - Tea + Meditation

11:00pm - Lights Out


Day 5 - MONDAY November 5th

6:30am - Wake up in Pai to Ayurvedic Tea

7:00am - Salute the Sunrise - Vinyasa Yoga

9:00am - Ayurvedic Breakfast + Discussion

10:00am - Waterfalls, Hot Springs + Pai Canyon

1:30pm - Vegan Lunch

2:30pm - Head to Sri Lanna National Park
