Our energising yoga retreat will take place during 5 days and 4 nights in an amazing olive farmhouse in Tuscany. The Alberelli farmhouse is a former monastery built in the 17th century surrounded by nature and quiet and with an incredible panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea.
This trip in nature will disconnect you with city life so you can recharge in a peaceful environment.
The numerous yoga classes will improve your practice (beginners are welcome) and by the end of the retreat you will feel more connected, grounded, and dynamic.
You will experience many styles of yoga, dynamic or meditative, which will broaden your knowledge, make you discover new techniques and also teach you a lot about yourself.
Regarding meditation, we will explore different techniques and you will leave the retreat with all the tools needed to start a meditation practice at home.
The accommodations comprise of separate apartments along the wide property. They are all very comfortable and near nature. The bathrooms are shared with the few people in the same apartment.
If you want to come as a couple, and therefore to have a private bedroom with a double bed, please let us know as soon as possible as we only have limited availability.
Iza is former dancer and choreographer. She now teaches Power yoga and Ballet Barre. Her style is inspired by dance, intense and creative, with a particular interest in inversions.
Helen is a performer, a theatre maker and a yoga teacher. She teaches Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga and meditation. Her classes mix mindful movements, moving meditation and a playful approach to asanas.
Power yoga is an intense form of dynamic yoga that incorporates inversions and arm-balances.
Vinyasa Flow is a form of dynamic yoga that synchronises the breath with the movement and flow naturally from one pose to another.
Yin Yoga is a static and meditative form of yoga where poses are held for a long amount of time in a relaxed way.
Acroyoga mixes gymnastics with Vinyasa and hatha techniques. It’s practiced with a base and a flyer.
Ballet Barre is a fusion of Pilates and dance. Its a floor practice inspired by ballet techniques. This class will bring you strength, flexibility and mobility.
Meditation, during the retreat we will explore mantra meditation, eye gazing meditation and visualisation meditation.
Yoga Nidra is a method of guided relaxation that will connect you deeply with your consciousness and improve your sleep.
