About us

Enjoy a weekend of Yoga in a beautiful natural space. Study Asana and Pranayama with an experienced, perceptive and sensitive teacher, and find pathways to go further in your own practice. This retreat is appropriate for students with at least 6 months of consistent Iyengar Yoga practice.
