Mukti Yoga School Bali Training

Students graduating from the Mukti Foundation Teacher Training will be ready to fly off from Bali and into a studio.

The time immersed in training will include detailed asana breakdown and sequencing, anatomy, hands-on tutelage, yogic reading and history, Sanskrit breakdown, classes on the business of yoga and all of the additional skills to make trainees into effective and confident yoga teachers.

The value of doing the foundation training in Bali is that, well, it is IN BALI! A yoga teacher training is a life changing experience. It teaches trainees to overcome fear, live a balanced life style, embrace new challenges and become part of a new family. Allowing for that transformation in a beautiful location with new foods, nature, traditions and people enhances the experience greatly.

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration is a desire to gain a deeper connection to and understanding of myself, something that I've been working hard on for so long and will continue to do in the future. I view a retreat as a wonderful way to focus entirely on this without the distractions of every day life! Nicola
