Yoga Retreats in Rishikesh, India

Abhayaranya – Rishikesh Yogpeeth is trying to adopt the ancient approach of yoga in contemporary manner to manifest itself; therefore the program is designed in such a way that ethical practices of life are ingrained automatically.

The day begins with the daily regimen (Dincharya) and ancient code of conduct. Activities are planned according to seasonal code of conduct (Ritucharya). The concept of behavioral chemistry (Achar- rasayan) is the concept that participants are expected to imbibe.

Discipline is an integral part of the program, so the routine must be strictly observed.
Absenting oneself from the scheduled program without prior permission would be construed as a gross breach of discipline.
Abhayaranya – Rishikesh Yogpeeth does not make arrangements for the guests of participants. Any activity that is not related to the retreat is not permitted.
During the retreat smoking, alcohol or meals outside the campus are not permitted.
Disrespect to rules and regulations could result in termination of participation with no refund of fee.

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

I teach yoga part time and am a mom of two toddlers full time. I love my life, but goodness do I need a break. My husband and I have been putting off our wedding ceremony for 4 years because life has gotten in the way. We haven't had a single night alone since our family has grown. I wouldn't change a thing about our lives now, but it would be so wonderful to remember what it's like to 'just be us.' Antrim

Retreat Guru's Vision

We believe human beings are innately wise, strong and kind. This wisdom, although not always experienced, is always present. Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat Guru is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom, strength and kindness.
