Introduction to Ayurveda Workshop – Orono, ON
This will be an introduction to the ancient medicine and natural healing approach of AYURVEDA which can offer each of us great insight into how to live our own unique lives.
You will learn simple ways to realign yourself and restore balance through the ancient wisdom of this highly applicable “science of life”. Together we will explore the 3 pillars of Ayurveda and learn effective methods for using Ahara (diet), Vihara (lifestyle) and Aushadhi (herbs) to return to wholeness in our bodies, minds and hearts. Together we will discuss the importance of living a lifestyle that is specifically aligned for your unique constitution.
Yoga Teachers can receive Continuing Education Credits for attending this workshop.
