So if you're craving the rejuvenating powers of the beach, waves, and a blissful surfer haven, join us in beautiful Santa Catalina Panama. You will have time and space to reflect and set intentions, plus have some fun!
You'll experience yoga and surf in our tranquil beach village of Santa Catalina - a truly remote and unspoiled authentic surf town. Combining 2 yoga classes each day with with an invigorating daily surf session, you’ll return home with a sun-kissed glow, stronger surfing skills and an reinvigorated yoga practice.
And if you are a beginner to both, you'll receive a world-class introduction to Surfing through our local experienced professional Surf Coaches, and to Yoga with our lead Yoga Instructor from New York City, Michelle Barge of Golden Bridge Yoga, Soho.
Complimenting the mind and body experience from daily Yoga and Surf, you'll be nourished in the goodness of super healthy foods with local fresh fruits and local organic seafood each day. And share in the community experience by meeting the town's friendly locals.

Boat trip to the secluded white sand beach of Santa Catalina Island for a beach Yoga class, SUP boarding, snorkeling, and some time to completely unwind.

All our rooms have been built using natural sustainable materials including stone, slate rock, natural coal tile and tropical hardwoods - preserving the environment while providing a comfortable haven for you to unwind after a day of Surfing and Yoga.
Rooms features include memory foam mattresses, plush pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets for a wonderful nights rest. A/C, fan, mini-fridge, blow dryer, cable TV and a locked storage area. Plush pool/beach and bathroom towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Plus your own outside table, chairs and hammock to enjoy and completely wind down. Moderate speed complimentary wifi is also available in our restaurant/social area.
You will enjoy delicious healthy meals with a local flare.
Breakfasts include a mix of fresh fruit salads, yogurt, granola, eggs/omelets, pancakes, whole wheat toast, breakfast muffins, tea, coffee, juices and fruit smoothies.
Lunches and dinners are primarily seafood given the abundance of fresh local organic seafood available. Seafood caught daily by the fisherman includes red snapper, sea bass, tuna, mahi mahi, lobster, clams and shrimp, all served up in the local restaurants that you’ll enjoy in their own unique and flavorsome way.
Meals are served with a variety of healthy local sides including rice, plantains, yuca, salad, legumes, and fruit. Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are also available. Beef and chicken are also available at times.
What to bring:
Comfortable yoga gear - we have mats for you, but encourage you to bring you own if you have one
Tight fitting swim wear for surfing - we have long-sleeved rash guards for you for sun protection and extra comfort
Sunscreen - recommend 50+, large sun hat and sunglasses
Towels are optional - we have beach/pool towels as well as bath towels for your stay
A light sweater for the odd cooler evening
Rainjacket or umbrella is optional if you are visiting us in the wet season
Casual clothes for dining - avoid long dresses or trousers that may get soiled
Rubber soled sandals for grip and comfort at the beach and on pebbled roads
Portable battery charger to juice up your cell phone - black outs are not uncommon as we are in a rural area so please come prepared!
Protein bars or any of your favorite snacks
Sneakers/boots if you would like to do horse-riding
Torch / flash light or your cell phone light for walking around town in the evenings
Remember to bring cash with you for your dinners and any additional activities you would like to do, since
there are no ATMs in Santa Catalina!
