During these 7 days a safe and sacred place is created and provided for all the participants to facilitate the rebalancing of the Whole Being of Body - Mind - Heart - Spirit.

Most of the work is done in group settings but there will be opportunities for private sessions also.

    Each day a special meal is made for you. Easy tips will be provided to inspire you to transform your diet and experience vibrant health.

Yoga Therapy

    Discover the therapeutic side of yoga and recieve a personal yoga plan that addresses your individual challanges and personal focus.

Clarity Breathwork
