The ‘Wisdom of Breath’ is a call to reconnect with the precious and always available resource of our life – the breath. It is an invitation to open ourselves to the power of awareness and to invite healing to our lives. The group structure will combine gentle, deep-breathing sessions supported by active meditations and practices of the Native American tradition. These three paths will effortlessly open within us a safe space to explore our emotional and mental bodies. The meditative approach of accepting and embracing what is happening to us while experiencing it, allows maturity and clarity to blossom within us. The ‘Wisdom of Breath’ is a combination of therapy and awareness work. By accepting and trusting our own ability to be present to whatever is surfacing in the moment, we face the fresh possibility to complete another circle inside of us. Wisdom of Breath is a simple and sacred tool that can be used to find balance and harmony throughout our daily life.
