Open up and tune into the ‘vehicle’ that’s leading you through life, through any transformation journey – back home. This day is about learning to trust the temple of your being. Through the use of body awareness, breathing, movement and dance we re-discover the life force constantly moving inside us. We will experience various techniques including: learning to ground our energy and embody awareness, breathing exercises to ignite the inner fire, moving to different types of rhythms, and free flowing dance connecting us to the playfulness, aliveness, joy of expressing through our bodies. This workshop is open for everyone; no previous dance experience is required. All one needs is willingness, curiosity, and a desire to move and be moved.
