Day Yoga ~ Costa Rica Yoga Teacher Training 200hr

Interested in becoming a yoga teacher or do you simply want to deepen your own personal practice? Join Day Yoga in beautiful Costa Rica for our 200 hour Teacher Training Program recognized by Yoga Alliance. This Hatha-based training will focus on Power Vinyasa, Gentle, and Yin Yoga. The Day Yoga Foundation Yoga Teacher Training is a holistic and experiential approach to Hatha Yoga. We will explore multiple styles of asana as well as meditation and pranayama. Yoga is a journey toward spiritual, mental, and physical wellness. It is union, unfolding within and all around. The timeless teachings of yoga have not only survived through the ages but also thrived in this modern era. Through yoga, we are inspired to live simply and compassionately, dedicated to realizing our potential, our truth. The benefits are immeasurable…

Teaching yoga is a natural extension of your experience of it, whether you intend to teach in a classroom setting or simply by affecting others through how you live in harmony in your own life. As you learn you will grow and inspire those around you to also come along on the journey. The teachings will be expressed through 180 contact hours during the three week long teacher training in Costa Rica. There will also be 20 hours post-training (home study, practice, practice teaching, and karma yoga) to be completed on your own time.
