There is no food intake during Master Cleanse. On Master Cleanse you will only drink special lemonade (made with maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon), plenty of water, herbal teas, and for the ones who want to make the most of it, warm water with salt for a full intestine cleansing.

All our instructors are an experienced yoga teachers, speaking English.
There will be gentle yoga sessions to help the detoxification process and meditations for spiritual elevation. This Master Cleanse retreat is fully guided by spiritual teachers and takes place in a natural stress free environment, to make the experience nice and comfortable for you.
The classes usually take place on the yoga platform facing the ocean or on our roofed yoga ashram.
We usually do two classes a day (morning sunrise and evening sunset) but it can vary.
Sometimes we host special guests: Yoga gurus from India and Yogi masters from all around the world, Ayurveda experts, spiritual guides, meditation experts...
We will share with you all the knowledge we have gathered, to give you a different idea on how to live a healthier & happier life even in a fast paced society; the changes one can make in little habits, tricks for improvement and yoga practices, that are just so good for everyone and have the power to improve your quality of life.
Once we are happy, the world is becoming a better place; the Earth heals through us.
Yoga sessions will be tailored to meet your needs. We can work specifically on your issues (back pain, weight loss, hips openers, insomnia..), so that you will get the most out of your time here. Different yoga techniques will be introduced and different meditation techniques as well, so that you can find the one that fits you most.
We will make a special custom-made plan for you to continue it afterward, so that your time here becomes a true life improving this experience.
