I have been teaching yoga since 2000 and have been dedicated to a daily yoga practice since 1997. I teach Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. I also teach Pre and Post Natal yoga and am particularly interested in designing a practice for individual needs, incorporating functional movement. I also incorporate pranayama ( breathing techniques ) kriya ( cleansing techniques), mantra ( chanting), sankalpa ( creative thought) and meditation into my daily practice :)
