How did YOU have two breakdowns?!

In 2010 I was talented, healthy, spiritual (yuck, did I say that?)

But I was also depressed, anxious and really messed up.

I had high stress levels and worry as so many of my structures, systems and ideas were crumbling around me. I was sick with the common symptoms of stress and dysfunctional living.

And I believed I was the only one suffering.

For months on end, I prayed my unhappy life would not be all about me.

I asked over and over again for some way to reach others who may know the territory of depression, anxiety, insomnia and adrenal fatigue.And I was right.

That somebody I prayed for was you.

Today, my suffering has lifted, and I’m here to give you a hand.
