Lisa understands the challenge of staying fit and healthy while balancing family and pursuing your passion for health and happiness. She is a fitness trainer and certified nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She has worked with individuals and corporations to reach fitness goals for over 18 years. She is also a certified sports performance coach and a certified nutritionist through American Health Science University.

Having worked in the fitness field her entire life, Lisa knows exactly what it takes to inspire you beyond your perceived limitations and achieve a new level of health. Lisa focuses on results-oriented efforts that reshape, tone and fuel you into the best version of yourself.

Lisa's approach to fitness and nutrition looks at the five pillars of wellness: cardiovascular movement, strength building, flexibility and stretching, nutritious eating, and the mindset for success. Lisa works with each person on an individual basis to customize a wellness regime that best fits your needs. Whether your goals are maximum athletic performance, weight loss, or you just want to feel healthier, Lisa will help you attain your objectives.
