The yoga I teach is a very integrated class suitable for all levels. I refer to my style as 'harmonized,' meaning that I create a sequence of poses that is focused on breathing, stretching, exercising the body and experiencing how that feels, finding your tension and working through it,always ending with deep relaxation/savasana. Each individual who takes my class is to work at their own pace and fitness level; I always offer modifications and adjustments so as to make the pose more accommodating or more challenging.
