Michelle Clemons has been passionate about the power of mindfulness and the emotional and physical evolution that it offers since she started meditating some 20 years ago. Michelle recently developed Mindfulness at Work and Mindfulness for Leaders as part of her stress reduction training. She is the author of Transforming Stress to Success and has created several Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy audios. Michelle is a member of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA)
