Dharma and Nature as Guides on the Path

Mark does a wonderful job integrating mindfulness meditation and the wild dimension of the natural world as cornerstones of his retreats. During retreats with Mark both the dharma and the innate wisdom of the natural world come forth as allies to guide practitioners on a path of inner unfolding. Mark also integrates the personal dimension of spirituality while honouring the universal as well. He is caring teacher who speaks from the heart and has the ability to see others for who they truly are.
