Karen began practicing vinyasa yoga in 2004 as a way to integrate a
healthy balance of movement and stillness into her life and, today, delivers this balance to her students. Having completed a 200-hour training under the direction of Schuyler Grant and Nikki Vilella at Kula Yoga Project in New York City, she weaves energy, fluidity, and play into her teaching. Whether standing on two feet, two hands, or all of the above, Karen finds a sense of grounding in both her practice and her teaching. She offers students an opportunity to find their edge, settle into their body and breath, and safely arrive home within their practice.
