Susan Alexander

Susan has been a dedicated yoga and mindfulness teacher for the last 14 years and a practitioner for over 30. Her yoga practice began in the early 80s as a means to alleviate discomfort from her professional sports and dance life-style,it continues to be informed by her desire to grow and her own practice living a life in balance and with compassion. She teaches all levels of abilities to those new to yoga and seasoned, all ages. She loves integrating yoga and psychotherapy and is blessed to learn from her students.
