My principal purpose was to experience advanced states of spiritual consciousness and to connect to my heart. To have a direct experience of my spirit and of unconditional love. It was the most powerful experience of spirit and love I have ever had. I am a dedicated spiritual seeker and have been to many workshops, trainings etc. Nothing I have ever experienced prior to the week I spent with Diego and Milagros even comes close to the power of my experience in the sacred valley of Peru. This medicine is beautiful and a divine gift to humanity. Set and setting mean everything when working with the spiritual plants of the earth. You could not possibly find a better setting to experience this medicine in than at Ayahuasca Wasi. Also, having Diego and Milagros as the guides of the experience is a blessing. They are masters of holding space for transformation and their love, clarity and beauty colored every aspect of my journey with Madre Ayahuasca. I would recommend that anyone seeking transformation in their lives should consider a journey with the medicine plant Madre Ayahuasca. She is a loving energy, and will be gentle with you but at the same time will 100% destroy any illusions or limitations you hold about yourself. If you are someone that considers yourself a spiritual seeker or you want to connect to your heart and the unconditional Love of Life, you will be extremely grateful for your experience with Madre Ayahuasca.

I attended Diego's 7-day retreat at the beginning of 2014 and my life has never quite been the same since. The ceremonies were very well facilitated and the whole process of having three ceremonies with a day in between each, worked very well for me. I was relatively new to ceremony and the gentle, but non-invasive support was very much appreciated. What can you really say about ceremony that others haven't said a thousand times before? All I can say is that I had very profound experiences and insights into my own life and what really matters. For me the retreat became a spiritual journey, which incidentally is still going on. Melagros is Diego's life partner and organizes the accommodation, food and so forth, does an exceptional job of making everything really smooth. This enables participants to focus their attention on the processing they are doing through ceremony. There were plenty of opportunities to be social and the 'Wasi' (Diego and Melegros's home enclosure) is a beautiful space to rest and 'chill'. The people involved in assisting Diego were exceptional human beings - Leticia, Eduardo, Julied and Melgros - just wonderful energies. I feel a deep gratitude toward everyone that assisted me move through an exceptional experience, this retreat was a powerful phase of my own spiritual evolution, and Diego and team are beautiful 'shepherds'.
