I have been interested in health, wellness, and fitness as long as I can remember. It all started with my Mom, Bianca Brown. An organic gardner, she always tried to serve healthy, natural foods. Bianca also read Prevention Magazine, and often quoted their advice on vitamins, health, and fitness. Physical fitness was also important to my Mom. Bianca made sure I was enrolled in swimming lessons at the Y, dance classes, horse back riding, camp, etc., an activity for every season. Bianca encouraged outside activities with one simple rule: "No TV till night fall...Go outside and play!"  

So thank you Mom for all your guidance and encouragement. My life is so wonderful and I am so grateful. I have so many advantages and I believe this came from the things I have learned and the lifestyle I live. I want to share this wisdom and its benefits with others.

I have a BA in Psychology & Sociology from Edinboro University of PA. A Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor, I am certified in Vinyasa & Integral Yoga, and a W.I.T.S. certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I am also certified by the American Red Cross in CPR, AED, and First Aid. I believe education and training are vital, not just for personal growth, but because it also prepares you to help, guide, teach, and serve others.
