Tatiana Ishwari Nemchinn

Tatiana Ishwari Nemchin is a certified yoga teacher and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach®, movement facilitator and event producer based in Ottawa, Canada. Her passion is to inspire others to rediscover their life purpose, using the heart as a compass to create the life they love with intention.

Tatiana completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yogrishi Vishvketu in 2007 and in 2011 she completed Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Sudha Lundeen.

Tatiana explored a therapeutic approach to yoga (with Hart Lazer) and somatic tools to better understand PTSD and anxiety. She is inspired by the work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Peter Levine, Pat Ogden and other pioneers in the field of trauma.

Other areas of study include: esoteric teachings with Phil Mistlberger, Dharma Gaia teachings with mentors Paule Lebrun and Gordon Robertson (Ho Rites de Passage) and drum circle facilitation and “Community Building through Rhythm” with Arthur Hull.

Tatiana has explored many forms of soulful movement, finding hOme in the 5Rhythms movement practice. Together with life partner, Joël Delaquis, Tatiana created Elaborhythm, a playful, exploratory movement and percussion practice. www.elaborhythm.com

Tatiana and Joël co-founded Mouvement and co-produce transformational events; weaving together mindfulness practices, such as yoga, percussion and dance as tools for connecting, playing and enhancing well-being. In their work with community, not for profit organizations and corporate clients, Tatiana and Joël use the power of movement and rhythm to help build and strengthen community, teams and spirit.

Tatiana co-facilitates workshops and retreats around the globe. Join her in India, Guatemala and Canada in 2015.
