What was your most memorable teaching experience this past year?
I was asked to sub a yoga class at Inspire Health; a wholistic clinic for supportive care. The energy of the students was so positive, present minded and full of gratitude. It was an honour to teach such graceful beings.

If you could visit one person from the past, who would it be?
My grandma. She taught me a lot about food as medicine

What inspires you most when teaching students?
My students discipline and passion for their own practice inspires me and so does their great sense of humour!

Pets?
Sadly our building does not allow dogs. I’ve had many dogs in the past; Teddy, Alice,, Maddy, Win (to name a few).

What advice would you give to your younger self?
Enjoy your youth! Get out of your head and into appreciating each moment, each experience.

What types of Yoga do you teach?
Hatha, Back Care, Body Rolling Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga

I am certified with the Upledger Institute in Cranial-Sacral Therapy (Levels 1-3)

Headstand

Man landing on the moon

My teacher.

Your hope for the Students in Your Training?
My hope is that, through the study of yoga, students will be inspired to become kinder, more compassionate and peaceful beings. I hope that they are inspired to be passionate and curious students of yoga and life. I also hope that they have fun learning how to be yoga teachers!
