Sejal has been on the path of yoga for more than 20 years and has more than 6000 hours of teaching experience in yoga. She is member of Yoga Academic Council at Sri Sri University in Odhisa, India. She facilitates the Art of Living’s Happiness Program and the Sri Sri Yoga workshop, in addition to leading drop-in classes at the center. She compiled the book Spirit of Yoga (2009) and has written numerous articles on yoga for Indian newspapers and various websites.
